I have been helping individuals and families find their perfect Stratton Mountain home since 1983 as a Vermont licensed real estate broker.

Living nearby, my family has grown up enjoying all that Stratton Mountain and Southern Vermont have to offer. My son’s first ski experience was riding in my back pack during spring skiing when he was two and a treasured picture shows him looking at the construction of Stratton Mountain Resort’s first slope-side village homes. My daughter recently graduated from our local Stratton Mountain School and now attends Dartmouth College. When there is fresh snow, you’ll find me telemarking in the trees of one of Stratton Mountain’s many glades while in the summer I live on my mountain and road bikes.

My wife Karen loves biking in the summer and splits between cross-country and downhill skiing in the winter. We have been lucky to live close by, but as I have seen over the years, many of our real estate owners’ families actually ski more often than we do. It’s that much easier to get on the slopes when you have your own home here!
