The Stratton Mountain Homeowner Membership Program is an inclusive Resort Club Membership that encompasses the facilities and services owned and operated by Stratton Mountain Resort. These facilities include the Golf Course, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, and Resort Club Lounge. Stratton Mountain Resort Club members have access to all these amenities as well as preferred pricing, convenience of resort charging, and the right to transfer their Membership option to a future owner. Membership is reserved exclusively for individuals and families that own Stratton Mountain Resort deeded property.
Stratton Homeowner Services
Homeowner services is the Stratton homeowner liaison with area trades people. As part of Stratton Association Management team which provides management services to the condominium and homeowner associations at Stratton Mountain. Our team is made up of professional property managers, financial and administrative staff and a highly effective and skilled caretaker/maintenance staff.
Our management efforts are concentrated on Stratton Mountain where we focus on protecting our clients' assets and providing sound financial management. As a result, we can enhance a property's value as well as provide significant savings in areas such as insurance and accounting costs.
Stratton Owner Rental Management
Owning a Stratton vacation home is a rewarding experience. The Owner rental team offers a single source for all homeowner rental needs. Renowned for our friendly personalized service, our experienced team takes the best possible care of our rental properties to ensure homeowner piece of mind.

As a service to Stratton Mountain Resort homeowners, Intrawest Trading Company, a division of Intrawest Corporation, created Resort 2 Resort, an exclusive Home Owner Exchange program. Through this program, owners participating in Stratton Mountain Resort’s real estate rental program can exchange the use of their home for vacations in an expanding network of resort destinations.
